Sean Hatch – President
Sean brings to the table nearly 30 years of Procurement and Project management experience. Prior to moving into development Sean worked in hotel operations for 4 years after completing the Hotel Administration program at Washington State University. Sean’s unique combination of Hotel Operations background coupled with years of FF&E Procurement industry experience provides excellent balance of perspective from both an ownership/operations viewpoint combined with the Project/Interior Design aspects of a project.
Alexa Docheff – Director of Business Development and Operations
Alexa has over 10 years of FF&E purchasing specific experience. With her knowledge of the industry and complete understanding of the FF&E process, Alexa has successfully managed the FF&E procurement process for multiple projects including but not limited to The Hotel Drisco San Francisco, CA, Travaasa Hana Maui, HI, Hotel California, San Francisco, CA, Homewood Suites Issaquah, WA, Hampton Inn Billings, MT as well as multiple Senior Living facilities and Multi-Family Residential towers including Russellville Park in Portland, OR, The Ackerly in Portland, OR the Atelier in Los Angeles, CA, and Mark on 8th in Seattle, WA. Alexa graduated with her Bachelors in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2017.
Lindsay LaBare – Project Manager
Lindsay has over 15 years of industry experience within restaurant operations and 3+ years with restaurant general management experience. With her unique approach to projects utilizing her operational background paired with her 6+ years of AutoCad and architectural experience, Lindsay has successfully managed the FF&E procurement for the following projects including but not limited to the Benson in Portland, OR, Courtyard Everett, WA, Hampton Inn Northgate, WA, Holiday Inn Express Hermiston, OR and assisting in the procurement for the Roosevelt Seattle, WA and Tulallip Resort & Casino, WA.
